A good first month gets you started. Twelve weeks gives enough time to learn the plan, collect data, adjust nutrition, build confidence and create visible progress.
You are not paying for a document. You are paying for a coached process that helps you keep moving when the initial motivation drops.
There are no fixed intake dates. Applications are reviewed so the programme is matched to the person, not sold blindly to everyone.
