Assess

We start with your goal, training history, confidence level, gym access, injuries, schedule and biggest obstacles.

Plan

You receive a training structure and nutrition approach that fit your ability and lifestyle rather than a generic template.

Train

Training is mostly gym-based with home options, combining physique development, athletic conditioning and confidence-building structure.

Track

The Rebuild Tracker captures the data that matters: training, food, steps, sleep, weight, hydration and adherence.

Review

Weekly check-ins review what actually happened, not just what was planned.

Adjust

Targets and training are adjusted based on progress, recovery, lifestyle and obstacles.

Rebuild

The aim is a stronger body, more confidence, better routine and proof that you can keep going.

This is not about perfection

You will have hard weeks. The point of coaching is not to pretend otherwise. The point is to review honestly, learn from it and move forward with a better plan.

But effort is still expected

This is supportive coaching, not passive encouragement. You need to be willing to track, communicate, train and take ownership of the result.
